What we collect
When you request a feasibility report: your name, email address and phone number, and the property details you enter — address, purchase price, rents and the options you choose. We do not ask for anything else.
We also count how this page is used: which council area an address falls in, whether the result was a pass or a fail, which design was chosen, and where people stop. This is done with Google Analytics, which sets a cookie in your browser so it can tell one visit from the next. Your name, email, phone number and the property address are never part of that, and we do not use it for advertising.
If you would rather not be counted, your browser's tracking protection will stop it, as will Google's opt-out add-on. Nothing on this page needs it to work.
Why we collect it
To produce and email your report, and so we can follow up with you about that enquiry. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else for their own marketing.
Where it is held
Your report and your details are stored in our systems and with the providers who run them for us. Some of these are outside Australia:
- Cloudflare — the website and our records database, held in New Zealand
- Google — the report file and our enquiry list, held on Google's servers
- Google Analytics — the usage counts described above, held on Google's servers overseas
- Resend — email delivery, in the United States
We remain responsible for how your information is handled by these providers.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from your enquiry, so we can retrieve your feasibility if a project goes ahead. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. If you become a customer, your details are kept under our ordinary business records for as long as we are required to keep them.
The usage counts sit separately with Google Analytics, under the retention setting on that account. They are not linked to your enquiry.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email jake@marshhomes.au and we will tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, email jake@marshhomes.au and we will respond within 30 days. If you are still not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
